Exchange & Return Policy

For transparency and customer comfort, Alkhaligia applies the following policy:

• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Returns are not accepted (no refunds).

Items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Accompanied by the original receipt

• With all tags and labels attached

Exchanges do not apply to:

• Discounted items

• Accessories (if applicable)

• Delivery fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.

📌 In case of a wrong item or manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the issue.

All items are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the best quality.
